Preboggion col riso al pesto mutant, 20:36h
300 g di riso, 500 g di preboggion, due spicchi di aglio, quattro mazzetti di basilico, una cucchiaiata di pinoli, qualche cucchiaio di parmigiano grattugiato e di pecorino, olio extravergine di oliva, sale In un recipiente d’acqua leggermente salata fate bollire per 25 minuti il preboggion che avrete tagliato a pezzetti. Aggiungete il riso e portate a cottura. Nel frattempo preparate un pesto con gli ingredienti rimasti.
